Config collection timeout

    Config collection timeout

    I'm getting truncated configs in the 'View Config Errors' listing. I think it's because some devices are taking longer than 60s to list their config. 

     Is there a way to increase the timeout?

     You will need to work with Technical Support to resolve this. There is no way to manually change config colelction timers in the NetMRI software
