Save us a few clicks and needless load on the box -- in the issue details for Config Retrieval Error, when one clicks on a device link, have the device viewer window open with the context set to Configuration Management -> Errors, instead of the device issue list.

Rather than left clicking on the device view link you can right click and select to directly to the config expplorer for the device. Saves 1 click I beleive
