    VOIP call failiure information

    Hi Guys,

We are getting some strange information regarding call failures:

    06:00 - 07:00
    11
    8
    0
    353
    26

    1
    0
    0
    426
    14139
    0

Firstly the source and destination is the same. Also, 10.3.119.144 above has made 11 calls with a length of 8.  The 2nd one the latency 14 seconds. There are quite a few of these. Also, under call performance I get the following:

    # of Calls Latency Failures
    (>150 ms)
    Jitter Failures
    (>30 ms)
    Pkt Loss Failures
    (>1%)
    Average
    Latency (ms)

Does anyone know why we see these strange values. Could it be phone or PBX related (Avaya)?

     Thanks!

    Jacques

I am not sure why you are seeing these specific numbers. The NetMRI is reporting the data that has been collected from the Avaya call manager
