Other then viewing the whole config file is there a way to view the ACLs configured for a device? (router/firewall) 

I expected to find something in the device viewer under Router or firewall that would show the ACLs configured and something that would show what interfaces they are assigned on.  Maybe this should be a new section/tab in the device viewer.  "ACLs"

There is not way to display just the ACLs on a device. This is a good idea and we will open a feature request for this.
