switch config collection issue

    switch config collection issue

    I have a single switch that netmri will not update its configuration. The SNMP walk, Cisco command, and Discover Diagnostic tools all talk to the switch correctly. SNMP, config, and CCS collection is enabled, along with port scanning, and analysis. I have reset the authentication info, which it successfully rediscovered. Netmri is reporting that it was last up at 2010-06-10 14:42:46.

     

    Am I missing something to get this device to behave correctly?

    In the device viewer are there any Configuration collection errors ?

    No errors show up under Configuration Management -> Errors for the device.

    You will need to open a case with TAC and have engineer look into this.
