The users do exist on the local database. I suspect the problem is a corruption of the key somehow, but how to prove? If I paste in the key it works again; at least until the next morning or so.

I have set up TACACS authentication between a Cisco ACS server and NetMRI. Every morning since I've done so, I have been unable to log in.
