If you are using the HSRP (Hot Standby Router Protocol) capability
and the STANDBY TRACK feature to monitor another interface on
the router (typically the interface to the "outside world"),
you should use the STANDBY PREEMPT command on both interfaces.
This will allow the routers to efficiently switch the leader role
when the priority is lowered, as a result of the second interface
going down.
