
Chesapeake's Health Evaluation: the Prescription for a Healthy Network
Chesapeake's packaged Network Health Evaluation will give you a clear, comprehensive view of your network's health. This service is performed by Chesapeake's elite staff of experienced consultants using the latest in internetworking tools.
Our Approach Step One. The Plan. Our consultants will work with you and your team to determine objectives and what activities will be performed. From this we can come up with the plan on how to move forward with the assessment. Step Two. Data Gathering. Chesapeake will make an initial site visit to perform data gathering and to get a clear picture of your network. We will also hold discussions with network personnel to gain insight into any issues or problems. Chesapeake is well equipped with appropriate tools to assist in the data gathering. These tools include high-end protocol analyzers and network performance and connectivity packages. Using these tools, Chesapeake will capture network traffic and analyze it. Step Three. Analysis. Our consultants will analyze, study, and diagnose your network based on the information captured and your objectives. Most analysis can be done at our location. This will minimize time spent travelling to the site as well as enable our engineer to discuss the findings with other consultants and perform research if needed. Step Four. Deliverable. The result of this engagement will be a Network Health Evaluation report specifying information about the traffic as well as an overall summary of findings. In addition, Chesapeake will make recommendations for creating and maintaining a healthy network. We will deliver our report to you on site so that we may discuss our conclusions with you.
